The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons, we do not collect information from other sources:

If you register as a Volunteer or Committee Member

If you submit your details to be updated on News or Events

If you request we contact you in person, via social media, from our website or any other means
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

When we approach you via questionnaires or surveys

When your details are shared from a third party with your consent, such as the London Borough of Bromley, Community Links Bromley, idverde UK, Friends Forum of Bromley, etc.
We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you with updates or requests to help in Betts Park.

Your information is securely stored on the Wix server.
We keep your name, email address and street location for 3 years in a manually filled spreadsheet held in a secure cloud folder. We will then dispose your information by deleting the spreadsheet.
